The standard Spa Hotel - Miami Beach
There is nothing standard about the standard spa hotel in Miami Beach.
I was lucky enough to get an invitation by Keith ( Retail Manager) from the Spa Hotel to experience the spa for 1 day. So we decided to visit the spa on our last night in Miami.
Out of this world ! is the only way to express my feelings about this spa, the staff and the services they offer.
Keith gave us a thorough tour of the premises ,explaining about the Spa’s history and philosophy. After receiving a wristband and robe...The Hammam awaits including sauna & steam room.
After approx 1 hour of pure relaxation...the experience continues outside where an amazing Jacuzzi with waterfall awaits us.
We were told that the idea is to exit the Jacuzzi and get right into ice cold water ( and I mean freezing cold water ) and then into the outdoor salt water pool.
Although I did not enter the ice cold water...the salt water pool was amazing

What a view, what an experience. We left the spa about 12 midnight ( yep they are open until midnight on Friday’s) . Additionally they offer various yoga ,massage, fitness and spa options..too many to mention..just visit their website and don’t do without visiting this spa
while in Miami. Relaxation is guaranteed .
